Christina ( Chris) Ostenstad

Property Administrator

Christina (Chris) Ostenstad joined TPM in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in real estate development and property administration. She has served as a systems administrator and IT specialist, supporting projects across multiple stages of the development lifecycle and ensuring efficient operational systems and data management.

Chris’s background also includes more than 30 years of business management. She previously owned and operated several franchise businesses, where she developed strong leadership, financial oversight, and day-to-day operational expertise. Her combined experience gives her a practical, solutions-focused approach to both property administration and organizational management.

Outside of work, Chris is an accomplished ultra-marathon swimmer and a dedicated open water swim coach. She holds a Coaching Certification with Triathlon Canada and spends her free time mentoring athletes in the open water community.
