Christina ( Chris) Ostenstad

Property Administrator

Christina (Chris) Ostenstad joined TPM in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience from Terra Social Purpose Real Estate. At Terra, she specialized in social purpose housing development, serving as systems administrator and IT specialist, and contributing across various stages of the development process.

Chris’s background also includes business management—she previously owned and operated several franchise businesses, gaining hands-on leadership and operational experience.

Outside of work, Chris is an accomplished ultra-marathon swimmer and a dedicated open water swim coach. She holds a Coaching Certification with Triathlon Canada and spends her free time mentoring athletes in the open water community.
